Mots beach takes its name from 'Mouth of the Snowy River', and that's what you'll find at this picturesque locale.

Wander along the golden sands, stare out to sea and appreciate the majesty of the Snowy River. This is an out-of-the-way beach that you might have all to yourself. While it might not be safe for swimming, it's the perfect spot to sit and think, while admiring the view.

How do you get to Mots Beach?

The beach is separated from the highway by the Snowy River. To access the beach, park in the car park on the Marlo-Conran Rd, about 4km east of Marlo. From here, take the Frenches Narrow Coastal Walk which crosses the Snowy River via a boardwalk, then skirts around the eastern edge of Frenches Narrow to arrive at Mots Beach.
