The only sounds you may hear are birdsong and the scurrying footsteps of the region’s rich wildlife including small native mammals such as bush rats and marsupial mice. Whilst honey‐eaters, eastern spinebills and white‐throated tree‐creepers are some of the birds that accompany the superb lyrebird in this sheltered habitat.
The park is also home to more than 40 species of native orchids and plenty of sleepy koalas.
