A solid wet-weather option, the quirky Trafalgar Holden Museum celebrates Australia's Holden heritage from the 1850s. It's not just a love affair with cars - there are saddles, military artefacts, golf carts and aero engines.
Tee off at picturesque Trafalgar Golf Club, regarded as one of the best country courses in Victoria, with a true sand-belt experience and variety of risk and reward holes, stretching over 100 acres of beautifully rolling terrain.
Check out the gallery spaces in the handsome heritage Trafalgar Station building. Art Space is a community run venture, opening its doors to the public to share their love of art and craft with a range of workshops available.
Uralla Nature Reserve on the fringe of Trafalgar, offers a glimpse into the luscious Australian bush. Discover moss-covered logs, ferny glades and the delightful smell of wet earth as you walk around the reserve.
Heading toward Thorpdale, you'll pass the turn off to tranquil Narracan Falls, an easy place to while away an hour or two with a picnic.
