Start your day in historical Yarram, located on the South Gippsland Highway (M1). Here you can gaze up at the picturesque Cyathea Falls, which cascade gently over a smooth rock face surrounded by verdant rainforest. This serene location makes for a perfect photo opportunity and a peaceful retreat into nature, with the backing track of birdsong and rushing water.

Continue your journey along Tarra Valley Road (C484) and head south towards Carrajung Estate at 322 Lays Rd, Willung South. This winery and restaurant offer a delectable menu featuring seasonal local produce, complemented by their own award-winning wines. Make your way through an opulent feast while gazing at the vineyards, surrounded by rolling hills.

From Carrajung, take Carrajung-Woodside Rd (C453) towards the seemingly endless Woodside Beach, located off Woodside Beach Road (C453). Part of the famous 90 Mile Beach, Woodside Beach appears to stretch forever in both directions. It’s a great spot for a walk, a fish, or simply to relax and take in the fresh sea breeze. The beach is patrolled in the warmer months, so makes the perfect spot to cool off with the whole family.
