This two day training course covers everything you need to know, includes equipment, aircraft hire and your first jump.

Day 1: Meet your course instructor who is a highly experienced and accredited person within the Australian Parachute Federation and will cover a broad range of topics to make your jump as safe and memorable as possible. Classroom lessons will be required of you as well as practical work covering safety and what to do whilst in exiting the aircraft, under canopy and landing. You will be required to sit a multiple choice exam before covering some of your requirements for your first jump sequence that will be take place on the second day.

Day Two: Once your exam and ground training have the tick of approval, you will gear up for your first solo skydive! After a final run through and checks we go and parachute.

The first four jumps on this program use an Instructor Aided Deployment (IAD) method, before moving on to opening and flying the parachute yourself.

Once you’ve completed the nine stages of the Solo Jump course, you will have your “A” licence and you’ll be ready to enjoy the exciting new world of skydiving.
