The lounge includes a Smart TV and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day exploring. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, wardrobe and Smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a Double bed. The bathroom has a shower, vanity, and hair dryer, with a separate toilet for convenience. The cottage includes split-system heating and cooling, free Wi-Fi, a guest laundry with washer and dryer, private parking for two vehicles (or a car and a boat). All linens, towels (please bring beach towels), extra blankets, pillows, and hair dryer provided. Cottage 1 has a lovely big palm tree at the front, adding charm and shade to the private veranda. It offers step-free access via a wide ramp and a spacious open-plan layout, allowing easy wheelchair movement throughout. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and wardrobe. Wide doorways and generous floor clearance throughout provide comfort and convenience. The bathroom is fully accessible with a roll-in shower, grab rails, an easy-access toilet, and a vanity with knee clearance—ideal for both independent and assisted use.
