A system of ponds, home to birdlife, frog song and native flowers.

Located near the town centre, the Neerim South Wetland is the perfect spot for a stroll, with rustling grasses and joyful frogs.

Dogs on lead are welcome at the wetlands.

Walking Tracks

There is a 530m path that loops around the series of small ponds. Keep your eyes peeled for several pieces of sculptural art, in keeping with Neerim South’s artistic vibe.

You can extend the walking route by taking the 1.2km Red Hill Creek Track that connects to the town centre via Neerim East Rd.

Bring your pooch (on lead) for a stroll.
