This winter, the rolling hills of West Gippsland will play host to a rare culinary crossover as private truffiere Frankie and Fender throws open its doors for a series of exclusive events.

Typically closed to the public, the Poowong East farm is launching a three-part collaboration across July-August, designed to showcase local French Black Truffles in a laid-back, and fun atmosphere.

To bring the harvest to life, Frankie and Fender has partnered with local culinary institution Trulli. Known for their mastery of Italian cuisine, the Trulli team will craft a menu highlighting local ingredients on-site, proving that premium Italian flavours and fresh-foraged truffles are a perfect match.

The winter series is built to celebrate the region's finest drops, with a different acclaimed local winemaker taking center stage at each event. Guests will experience curated wine pairings from The Wine Farm, Fleet Wines, and Corner Inlet Vineyard, offering a complete sensory tour of Gippsland's premium cool-climate wine country.

Adding a distinct, stylish edge to the traditional farm gate experience, the events will be set to a soundtrack of sophisticated, chilled house music. Spun live by former Onelove and Seven Nightclub DJ turned truffle farmer, Simone Lansell. The events will take place in a modern, custom-designed space built specifically to frame the region's famous West Gippsland sunsets.

The event venue will be provided with the event tickets.
