If you’re in the mood for a leisurely stroll, this out-and-back walk is perfect for you.

This simple route is a smart choice if you’re taking kids along, though you might want to turn back part way rather than completing the whole walk. It winds its way around the coastal edge of Newlands Arm of the lakes.

Your walking efforts will be rewarded with stunning scenery from the Paynesville foreshore and if you’re lucky enough you’ll see some local dolphins. They are there all year round but mostly seen in the winter and spring months.
