Blue Gables is a family-owned and operated boutique winery established by Catherine and Alistair Hicks. The winery is proudly recognised as a 5-star Halliday-rated winery in the 2026 Halliday Wine Companion, reflecting an ongoing commitment to crafting distinctive, handcrafted wines that express the unique character of this special vineyard site.

With almost 15 acres under vine, the vineyard produces premium Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Sangiovese, along with its much-loved Sparkling Indiana Chardonnay/Pinot Gris, named after the Hicks' youngest daughter, and its ever -popular Sparkling Shiraz.

The cellar door offers a genuine country experience where visitors can settle in with guided wine tastings, locally sourced cheese and antipasto platters, and wood-fired pizzas prepared using fresh regional produce.
