Located near Noojee, Ashridge Truffles offers an authentic farm-gate experience that celebrates seasonal food, sustainable agriculture and regional hospitality.

Winter also brings Ashridge's signature truffle hunt experiences, with intimate, guided adventures through the truffiere alongside trained truffle dogs. Guests discover the craft and quiet thrill of finding rare black truffles, making for an unforgettable outing for food lovers, families, and curious travellers alike.

Their guests then enjoy the cosy farm shop with log fire and views over the truffiere as they taste a range of truffle treats, included in the experience.

Ashridge also offers Farmers Kitchen cooking demonstrations and classes accompanied by a glass of local wine during truffle season.

With strong connections to Japan, Ashridge is delighted to offer truffle hunt and cooking experiences conducted in Japanese.
