The two day training course will be your launch-pad to your first skydive where you’ll go straight to 10,000 feet with two instructors beside you to make sure you enjoy your first skydive experience safely.
Day one: Meet your course instructor who is a highly experienced and accredited person within the Australian Parachute Federation and will cover a broad range of topics to make your jump as safe and memorable as possible. Classroom lessons will be required of you as well as practical work covering safety and what to do whilst in exiting the aircraft, under canopy and landing.
Day two: Once your exam has the tick of approval we move into some additional ground training from which point you will be introduced to the AFF instructors that will be accompanying you on your jump. After a final run through and checks, we go and skydive.
The AFF training method has nine stages with each jump teaching you more skills on how to fly your body through the air. You’re in charge of the parachute ride too as you fly your parachute under the guidance of an instructor to landing.
